The new General Data Protection Regulations came into force from 25 May 2018 and changes the way data is handled.
At Tyntesfield Primary School, we respect the privacy of individuals within our care; our pupils, parents/carers, staff and partners. We are fully aware of the requirements of GDPR and are working within compliance. Tyntesfield work closely with Judicium who are experienced data protection officers and who offer a comprehensive service involving training, advice, support and auditing of processes and procedures. The staff receive annual GDPR training and the ethos around GDPR amongst all stakeholders at Tyntesfield, is to always ‘think data protection’.
